Kaitlyn Yoakley, a student who has attended New Caney High School for four years now, has finally reached the end of her high school studies. She has worked diligently earning her diploma in four years, and now that graduation time has finally arrived, she feels excited. Not only does she feel exalted about graduation, but also looks forward to further her education at Lone Star College in Kingwood.

Not participating in any extracurricular activities, Kaitlyn has mostly focused her high school education on learning about culinary. Although she loves cooking, still she will not study this pleasing subject in college. Rather than leaving her future to random chance, her post high school goals include attending college, preparing for a career as an elementary school teacher.

Enjoying many different activities outside of school, some of Kaitlyn’s favorite hobbies include watching Youtube videos, having a manicure and pedicure, and camping at a lake. She watches various videos on Youtube from vlogs, to family videos, to cosmetic tutorials. Not a girl concerned with shallow and narrow affairs, Kaitlyn has many different interests, and she puts no limits on her learning.

Taking pleasure in different music types, Kaitlyn favors country style. Instead of only liking this genre for its message, she feels delight with this music because it puts her in a dancing mood and exalts her feelings.

Not one to stay idle, she loves participating in this active and vigorous pastime activity. Whether two-stepping or line dancing, her family and friends will always see her moving to a rhythm.

Kaitlyn likes English class this year because students engage in profound polemics and incisive criticisms, and on well her teacher explains and discusses interesting topics. Her class consists of writing, reading, and dialogues over many different subjects, and she rejoices hearing the thought provoking debates they have in class. Unlike other students who usually do not relish reading and writing, Kaitlyn truly does love learning and expressing her feelings both verbally and on paper.

As graduation approaches, Kaitlyn and her friends count down their days to walk across the stage and receive their diplomas on May 26, 2018. Not counting only days, but minutes and seconds!

To laugh, to talk, to dance.

Kaitlyn Yoakley- a positive student who loves life!
